PHP help

My layout, http://habbospeaker.com, has just been coded. The main content box is a bit annoying.
If you look at the 'job applications' page you'll see why. Also, it doesn't expand and so when content is inserted, it just cuts off.

Can anyone do anything to fix these annoying errors?

well i use iframes in that situation or you could get rid of the bottem bar
