Best iPod Converter?

Which is the best in your opinion that you've used?

I've used a few and some have shrunk, audio is off from the video and any other problems.

I HATE when it takes like 2 hours to convert files on some.

For youtube dont have a clue

I'm unsure about YouTube videos but for the other two I use Apex Video Converter. Google it, it's fast, quite professional and does a damn good job of converting them
