Selling Lodge For Mode

I have lodge furni that I want to sell for mode. I will give you a bit of profit, but Im looking for a fairly even trade. I need mode bars, gates and corners.

I have:

-21 lodge bars
-17 lodge corners
-4 lodge gates

So preferably Im looking for around 25 mode bars, 10 mode corners and 4 mode gates.
