You may remember my bulletin a week ago saying that if the strike didn't end in 1-2 weeks, there would be only 12 season 5 episodes... THE STRIKE IS OVER! The CW ordered 5-6 more episodes (no final word yet) of One Tree Hill (and fellow CW dramas Smallville, Supernatural, and Reaper).

According to this article, OTH will get 5-6 more episodes for season 5:

I don't think the strikes over yet. Although, voting is currently in process to find out if the strike is going to end or not. It's looking promising so I imagine most script writers have already started writing again.
