Will i gain full reputation for doing level 1 quests?

And how long roughly would it take for a level 36 gnome rogue to get exalted with darnassus?

You will gain full reputation yes but not full experience (if any). Shouldn't take too long as you'll most likely one shot most things in the starter zones.

He means the full amount of rep that is possible to get for that quest. Anyway it will take quite a long while to get exalted. Getting revered is quite easy but exalted is a struggle.
