I want to get to combat level 70

I have:

44 Attack
44 Defense
44 Strength

What is the best way to gain exp? And what should I concentrate on?

like get em all to 50 then 60 den 70

a good alternative would be to kill rock crabs, or some people would prefer to train combat stats via slayer
