I dunno if its just me but rhe links don't fit on the navigation bar i think its because the images don't work. When i made fansites and stuff i never put the staff logins on the page that everyone can see because people might start trying toguess others passwords and if they know their password they will know where to log in. I dunno if that makes sense
Also on the home page sort out the image so it isn't next to the competitions title. It makes it look weird. I think it would be better if the layout was in the middle and you didn't have to scroll down to see the whole of the layout. So move everything up higher and center it. If you get what i mean.
