[JAVASCRIPT] : on mouse over

I need some help.

You know when you go with your mouse over an image you can see the alt (alternate text).

Well I want something like when I go over a div, another div shows up and sort of connects to the cursor if you get my point ?
Like it follows your cursor untill you leave the div's surface

something like;



Edit: oh and yes I've tried google :p but all I get is how to make rollover images.
