    Thumbs down Xbox Live Problem

    It's working fine yesterday so today I try to go online to redeem this Microsoft Points code I bought from eBay and it doesn't connect. It keeps saying Test Connection and it fails. Is this happening to anyone else?! My internet is perfectly fine and I have 5 bars. :@

    What area is it failing in test connection?

    Anyway, here are some tips : Restart your wireless router
    Redo your details
    Automatically assign IP.
    Unplug wireless thing / wire in back of Xbox
    If it continues contact microsoft
