    i've been asked to design a jungle themed educationl home furnishing for 1-2 year olds but im stuck,
    What is a Customer Profile ?

    Simple answer: You shouldnt have chosen textiles

    I chose too, i quite enjoy it, im just stuk on what a customer profile is.
    And we have to take a technology subject at our school i dont fancy doing electronics or wood work thanks.

    Erm from what I remember (this was like 3 years ago) a customer profile is basically thinking about your target audience - the person who it is aimed at and thinking about what they're like in order to make the product appeal to them.

    That's not really helping.

    I think a consumer's profile is what they want, as in shape colour texture ect.. They'll give you what they want and you make it for them on the customer's breif.
    I'm not 100% certain but we did talk breifly about that in technology.
