Your report is OK, but it would be nice if you added some comments in the report? So we can see what you think of the rare. It would also be good if you could say how many times you have seen the rare traded for what you have reported. I'm afraid the Majestic Chair is a HC Rare and not a Normal Rare. I'm not too sure on a few of the trades you have reported, as I haven't seen them trade for that value before.

It would be nice to see you do another report, but add some comments too
