Skins referencing to High School Musical?

The 'OSAMA!' text is almost a spitting image of the High School Musical logo.

Shows in broadway often have their names "lit up in lights" as they say.

High School Musical did it as it's symbolic of a musical, therefore I imagine this is why skins did it too.

The "Name in lights" isn't a trademark to High School Musical, but to the world of show business.
