Default If youve got a good build/healthy try and give me advice.

Im not fat or anything but i havnt got the like really noticeable fit/well built u know what i mean kinda body. and i want to. i can only buy weights in like 4 weeks and i cannot wait that long, press ups i know how to do them just finding it to hard to do like 10 without collapsing, i do a paper round each day but i want to do something which is focused and loosing weight and gaining a strong-ish slim body. so if you do some each day and you are slim and have quite a good body tell me what you do (without saying you go to a gym)

Not being able to manage 10 press ups really is quite poor. Your arm strength is probably lacking so make sure you start with lighter weights when you do get them and gradually increase over time. As for the press ups, get into a routine of doing them, work on your breathing, and you'll find yourself being able to manage more, even if it's just a couple extra. Always push yourself.

It takes time as well, a good few months to start noticing results - and that is on the basis of you sticking to a strict routine of exercise and good diet.

I agree with the posts above on the pushups, just gradually increase.
Swimming is also a very good form of exercise.

Food wise you need to eat plenty of protein. Eat things liek eggs, bread, tuna, chicken and plenty lke that. It does something to your muscles to make them bigger when working out.
And obviosuly try and cut out junk and eat more salads and vegetables. Which you can easily make tastey, just look on healthy eating websites for recipes and there really are some great ones.
I cook most nights and use recipes from a few 'Weight Watchers' cook books and the meals are delicous and healthy.

Well for any extra weight - Do cardio such as running/swimming/etc.

For the arms and such, everytime you're watching tv and a commercial comes on, just do a couple pushups until you can't do them anymore. Then get back onto the couch and go back to watching tv. Eventually you'll get used to it and then it'll be easier to do them. Once you get the weights just do some basic weight lifting and you'll start seeing a difference
