    Default Mod alert in text editor box

    A lot of people know what a mod alert is. For those who dont know look at http://www.hhgs.net/showpost.php?p=47993&postcount=8.

    Anyways id like this added to the text format bar (so when you edit a thread it comes up with a box with the text in and at the top you have the formatting options) but I want to make it so only certain usergroups (moderators and admins) can see it in the text format bar.

    Is this possible?

    Moved by lAscend (Forum Moderator) from web market. Please post in the correct forum next time, thanks.

    Don't show it to anybody but allow admins and mods to use something like:

    [mod="Name"]Woo message.[/mod]

    Saves their fingers :p

    So you want a button to add a moderator alert to WYSIWIG editor?

    The mod alert already works but I want it so only mods and admins can see the button which I have now done with the help of a plugin but the button doesnt show in the quick reply test formating bar and doesnt show on the format bar when you edit a post

    No it just doesnt appear in the quick reply box or the box when you edit another members post. It only shows up if you make a thread or press go advanced
