Need layout for non-profit thing

I need a layout for figqi.com. The domain is just for email and msn use however I would like to have a site on the domain to show people how and where to sign up for a free account.

Specifications:

There must be advertisement space on the site (to pay for hosting and possibly more domains).
If you can then base it around the windows live theme (to match the place it links to)

What do you get:

The satifaction that you helped yourself by getting a free advertisment space on the site (for however long you want/need and must not be stupidly large)

1) Rip windows-live layout
2) Clear the content of it
3) Clear the scripts of it
4) Give it to you blank.
