    Hey people,

    well im going on my holidays in late may / early june to the carribbean however we will be staying in miami for 4 nights, now heres the problem do i need a USA visa to step foot on usa soil or will my british passport be sufficient? and if so could anyone provide me with more info on how to obtain one.

    Yes you do need a visa but you usually do it on the plane or at arrivals :]

    If you have a criminal record or somebody going with you does it is advised that you/they apply for a visa before you go. I also think if you have visited Cuba it is also suggested you apply for a visa before you go because of the issues between the 2 countries. Imagine getting there only to be turned away?
