I, me, not you, managed to heal ramparts at lvl 55 with a feral druid. Admittedly i rule. Here is some proofz! Oh btw, we did the whole thing, cleared every boss and every lil critter! Only 3 deaths. Me twice and 1 rogue.. (who cares bout him hehe.)

Btw, ramparts is not hard if you have a good tank and dps that dont decide to run in before the tank. The only thing you need for ramparts is a solid tank who can keep all the aggro and dps that can burn down mobs quick enough before the tank comes to any significant damage and also a decent healer to keep up the tank. I've done it, and healing ramparts is probably easier than most other instances

And healing is one of the hardest jobs along with tanking tbh.
