You download them, from invisionize or where ever, then read the readme, and follow the instrutions it gives you.

How do you upload skins on to ipb 1.3

1. Make sure your skin(s) start with 'set_' and end with '.TAR'
2. CHMOD your 'archive_in', 'Skin' & 'style_images' folders to 0777.
3. Upload your skin into the 'archive_in' folder and CHMOD the permissions to 0777.
4. Load up your AdminCP and click 'Skins & Templates' or something like that, then click on 'Import skin files'.
5. Find the file you want to import - then, amazingaly, click 'Import' next to it!
6. If you've done it right, when you click on 'Manage skin sets' it should be listed.
7. Edit it then set it as your default.
8. Then transfer your members so they all use that skin
