My school uses Dans Guardian and i wanted to know if there was any way of getting past it and onto a site without using a proxy?

if you have access to the command shell

go start run type cmd hit enter type ping www.websiteiwannagetonto.com

it'll give you the ip and tpye in the ip into the address box.
