Looking for managers/other staff

Ok ill start with management jobs:

Need a site/content manager - Must be able to design/code

Need a news manager - Currently using cutenews atm although it wont work on the current layout we need a new layout anyway.

Need a rare value manager - Currently using project rare value.

Need a forum manager - Usuing PHPBB2 already installed. You need to be able to make themes for our forums.

Need all other staff to work under all of these including radio DJ's i already have the manager for the radio thanks

I have past experience for New's Reporter.

But have no experience in Forum moderation.

So it will be nice and new for me, I know the basic rules, and yeah..
