    in css you can use borders, or border left eg for a class or id or whatever or even a pseudo class to think )
    How could this hapen to meeeeeeeeeeeeeee?lol.

    As stated above you can use the css border attribute but for instance it won't work on plain text to go around the shape of each letter.... sample usage below:
