[PROJECT] - Ingame "Alterations"

Greetings...
I'm currently programming/designing a little flash movie, my main aim is to get alterations which have been made into it so they can be viewed, animated and used (E.g. if coke machine = they get a coke etc), but also have chat features within.

I've already tried a few things, using some of Habbox's Alterations from other users (If its not good or you want yours in, just contact me and I'll remove it/add it.) Everything at the moment is coded in AS2 and PHP, I'm in the process of incorporating server/client listening for faster chatting/movement; Movement for multi users is not yet done as for a server to be in PHP is too slow to respond to live feeds from client/server.

I need a few people to help me along this path, Leaving programming to me, but I need help with the graphics area at the moment, Different characters and how they walk; forward/back/left/right and how its animated, each part of the character has to be away from the original (easier to animate in flash).

Exactly same as me, I dont do pixel work to be honest, When ive fixed most bugs I will release for the public to view.

New INFORMATION:
Got bored of the project but I've started it back up and I've just started programming the server, and the Flash Client using XMLsockets communicating with TCP/IP. The servers is programmed in VB.net 2005. I'm currently trying to first get the Chat correct.

This is the first time I've done anything like this, so I'm pretty novice.

I shall update accordingly.
