If you go to the Carnival inside the prize tent they have all of the arcade games lined up

In the boys dorm put them across the walkway to get out of the building then pull the fire alarm, it probably wont unlock the first time but 2 or 3 tries should be enough

I think he has to spread

And yeah, do what Neil said. Throw some marbles just before bed time then pull the alarm, they'll all run and trip over them and you'll get the achievement
