Hello this is my first rare values report so and I hope it's good enough for you,
I'm not a noob . Just I recently decided to join up with habboxforums. These values are accurate as to what people are offering in casinos and trade rooms.

First up is:



48.0cs - Seen 7 times
50.0cs - Seen 9 times
51.0cs - Seen 5 times
52.0cs - Seen 4 times

The king of all rares seems to be slightly decreasing in value over the past week, this may be due to the fact that a lot of people aren't willing to pay 51cs for one. But this is very tricky to track as you get a wide range of offers for it. Don't expect it to drop though, it may just have a few more rises in it.

Secondly:



3.0cs - Seen 4 times
3.5cs - Seen 8 times
4.0cs - Seen 13 times
4.5cs - Seen 10 times

With summer fast approaching people seem to be wanting the classic summer rare, but a few people believe that habbo might release this rare again. Personally I don't think they will.

Third is:



4.5cs - Seen 6 times
5.0cs - Seen 5 times
6.0cs - Seen 2 times

Another summer rare. Remember the massive rise we say a few years ago around this time? Traders might be expecting that to happen again soon.

Fourth is:



11.0cs - Seen 5 times
12.0cs - Seen 4 times
14.0 cs - Seen 3 times

Could there possibly be a slight increase in this rares value? Most people seem to be sticking to the average price but I'd keep my eye on this one.

Fifth is:



8.5cs - Seen 6 times
9.0cs - Seen 4 times
10.0cs - Seen 8 times

This rare seems to be rising, it is seen to be a good rare for the poorer habbos and I have had a few messages from people selling these recently.

Sixth is:



0.5cs - Seen 5 times
1.0cs - Seen 2 times

This rare is already low in value but I believe it will drop again shortly. People don't really want fans anymore, unless they are purple or yellow.

Seventh is:



0.5cs - Seen 4 times
1.0cs - Seen 6 times

Well you can't really expect a poster to raise in value massively, but this one does seem to be exceedingly popular recently.

Eighth is:



2.0cs - Seen 4 times
2.5cs - Seen 2 times
3.0cs - Seen 2 times

I think you all know that majestics are very popular chairs and are seen in most casinos, a slight rise possibly? I think they could go up to 3.0 in a few
weeks.

Ninth is:



8.5cs - Seen 3 times
9.0 cs - Seen 4 times

The set of parasols seems to be rising very slightly, people probably want them for summer. I wouldn't be shocked if they rose to 9.0cs maybe 10.0cs.

Finally:



4.0cs - Seen 2 times
4.5cs - Seen 1 time
5.0cs - Seen 5 times

Nobody wants these, expect a drop to about 5.0 soon.

Well there it is, my first rare values report. I'll put another one up shortly since I have a few more rares to report on, but 10's enough for today.

This is a good first report, as you have a lot of different rares in this single report. However, i'm also a bit unsure with some of the trades you have seen, but I agree with most of them. Your report is also very colourful since you have pictures and different colours. And your comments are quite good too. However, I added up all the different trades you must have seen (maybe some in bulk) and it came to 133, which is a bit weird for me... especially how you manager to see 12 trades for the Bird Bath (grey) when it is hardly ever traded due to it being hard to find?...

I would like to see another report from you though.

I agree with Ash I also thought it was strange with the amount of values you 'Saw' I hardly see a SBB being traded and I think out of all the months ive been working for Habbox ive only ever seen an aloe being traded about 5 times. Where as uve seen it being traded 13 times.

Yeah some are bulks, like casino owners wanting aloes for decorations. Sorry I'll make it clear next time.
