I'm saving up for a Vbulletin and I want to know what I need to do to get money via paypal so what would you pay for?

It really depends on how much money you are willing to spend on the site really. I spent nothing on extras for my VB but I would say to go with a trusted hosting company as there is alot of hosting companies which spring up which are cheap but only last for a couple a months and then its a big headache getting new hosting sorted. Also get a good skin for the forum as this really helps with getting new members and keeping them on the site.
