More Room Space?

This is an idea but I wanted to set up a poll, to see what you guys think of it..

Would you want Unlimited room space (No Furni Limit but it lags when loading room)

or

Would you wnt to Limit the room space (Furni Limit but doesnt lag when loading room)

What would you prefer?, I would rather have more room space TBH.
