Before the politically correct brigade start shouting this is in no way racist.
I live in leicestershire and the nearer to the city you get the bigger the asian community. I have noticed over the last year that many asians (never noticed it with other people) seem to walk straight out in the road and think that by holding their hand up to you they can walk straight across :s why don't they use the pedestrian crossings or cross safely between traffic? I am seriously considering speeding up next time to try and learn them the lesson that its not how we cross the road.
I have been to India and cant recall seeing this done there and the way they drive I dont think they would dare.
I am not saying all asians do this and its a very small minority but I am just wondering why they do it and where they got the idea from.
