Ok for this, you only need about 300k, not 3 mill. You buy 2k coal and 1k iron. Make steel bars, then make cannonballs. Sell the cannonballs for 800k! 500k profit. Rinse and repeat!

once you complete the dwarf cannon quest (****ing easy!!!) you can buy a mould for 300 gp or somthing like that.

complete the dwarf cannon quest by looking at runehq,

then go to ice mountain, half way between barb village and fally, go up the hill and then south west a tiny bit, go into one of the buildings above the big mines, then you should be able to trade with him. here you can buy cannon pieces for 200k each or something and guides and ammo moulds for about 100-300gp
