Banned ?

Ok i was on habbo like useuall and the electric went in my house.

so when it comes back on and i open up habbo, oh im banned :S

The account is mine so i dont know why it say unathorised access. It was working fien before electric went. And im the person who made the account and noone else has been on it

So next thing i done want use the help tool, and emailed habbo.

I got an email back saying to sen them all my accounts registerd to my machines details. ( Email adresses,Furni.dob etc. )

So i send them all my info and they reply saying, we still need your uinfo for all the accounts registerd to your machine.

So i send it them again. And get another reply saying sorry since you didnt give us all the details we cannot take this any further.

No they wont answer any emails.

The email was from habbo tho, i recieved it after a used to help tool.
Would a scammer know when i used the help tool?

Yh i actually made the account. The msn account used when i sent an email to them was used when i frist registerd the account.

Anyway yh i created the account.

The thing im really *Text Removed* off with is that they ask for details of all my accounts.

-DOB
-Email adress
-name 5 people of friends list.

i have like 20 accounts which i havent been on for moths.
Do you really think i can remember ther freinds on them.

Also when i try to log into any of my accounts they get banned.

I made a new account, and it got banned straight away for the same resson; like how can my account have unauthorised acess when ive just made it.

No they wont even reply to any emails, ive spent time and money on habbo.
Ive been a good player and hardly ever break the rules.

it just shows habbo are only in it for the money and arnt botherd about people.

I laugh how they say "suspected". They're quick to ban people without proper proof. It's basically calling you a hacker by the way. By registering to Habbo you automatically accept that Habbo have the right to terminate your account for little or no reason at all.

Habbo is probally worser than them now.

Soo theyve confirmed that the account is actaully mine and not been stolen, but im still banned?

i was banned because they thought i robbed my account.
