Font on Nav squares is crap (sorry), it doesn't blend in.

Change that, and its good

EDIT: Rectangles aren't even, makes it look abit weirder

and use a box'd navigation on the side and you have something
6/10 so far

Font, colours.
The boxes look allright, but when you've done 1 box, why not copy and paste it, so everything's even, and you don't have to make new boxes.

anyways, it's looking allright, and it's very basic.

Ok, the middle part looks tacky with nothing their, the font at the top and the navigation are big and unnecessary. You can probably leave the middle the same if you make it more attractive to visitors. Like make the boxes round, I think that might help.
