Why are have quite a few people suddenly started buying Black Area?

Maybe because its suitable for this new Theme Park competition? I haven't actually noticed anyone wanting Black Area, but I have some since I bought from the catalogue =] I won't be selling them though as I want to keep my recoloured normals.

When the Habbo Charts and Trax came out. They were one of the furni bundles.

Ghost Train Competition could be the reason for everyone wanting black area, as it's black and would suit the ghost theme pretty well.
