Join a gym, use an ab toner and ab cruncher. It's easier than doing regluar crunches and you can select which weights you want to lift etc.

    Have you just started?
Do them every night, you tend to be able to do more as you go on.
I sometimes do a lot, but now I just go up to 50.

    I do sit-ups
Are these the same as crunches? Lol.
Americans use the word crunches a lot..
The word crunch and work out should not go together in my opinion lol.

Sit ups/Crunches are okay depending on what area you are concentrating... A few crunches wont make a major difference.

Problem with Wayne's thread is that you DO NOT intertwine your fingers and put your hands behind your head, it puts strain on your neck. The proper way of doing sit-ups, crunches, v-sit-ups, etc, is to put your middle and index fingers of both hands against your temples, keeping your other fingers and thumbs loose.
