Is my 360 broken?

Right, well when I put a game in it, when its reading it makes a huge noise, and shakes. I only tried the LIVE arcade disk becuase when it made the noise I thought it cant be healthy. It worked fine last time I tried it and I could have sworn it was never that loud before.

Also when i shake the xbox(yes ive taken the disk out before doing this) I can hear something rattling inside, only something small but it might be the problem. I only bought the xbox january so can I just take it back to the shop? and urr I just remembered, gotta find receipt now -.-

I hear something rattling aswell. Its the CD tray i think. And i dont think its broken, if your cd isnt scratched, then try a different disc. Also,if you picked up your Xbox when you out the disc in, thats why.

I sorta half tilted it with COD4 in a while back, then remembered not to, but it didnt make any noise then. Think it might just be that it was overall more quiet this time in the room so maybe I noticed it more. Thanks anyway

Yea, well you can always try a disc then see how it goes. Maybe get an old original xbox game and then try before you put in a decent game

It ent broken, its happened to me before.
But i just left it for a while.
