vBulletin 3.7 is finally out the beta stage and has moved on to RC1 (release canidate 1). The release canidate stage is when the publisher considers the product near stable and only minor problems remaining and final tests being made.
Hopefully we will have RC2 then gold and it won't drag on to 3-5 RCs.
