Do you belive in god(s)?

Do you believe in the existence or any form of deity's or god's?

As science as progressed more and more ground has been stripped away from religions, large chunks of the majority of religious text have been disproved or at least through in to major doubt. How is it we can still use texts we not to be false to justify the beliefs held by many in a creator or creators. Is there even any reason in the modern world to hold a belief in god? Is god real, or simple a 6000 year old fairy tale?
