Thinking of starting a new radio site..

Hey,

The site will consist of a specific catagory than just a variety station and will most of the time just be streaming music. However. Before i even bother starting everything. I need to know about Internet Broadcasting Licences.. Well basically im asking for the place to be able to obtain them. I've heard that these also cover royalty fees for the songs.. If anyone could help me or provide me with a link of some sort then i would be very much greatful as i have googled this many times and for some reason.. Nothing really to do with obtaining them comes up.. any help would be much appreciated
