Shoutcast flash player?

I have seen these before, one being the one within Invents homes system. Could anyone shed some light onto how to create them please?:]

They are simple enough to be made but will only can be used with Firefox unless you create a stream though PHP to the flash. So unless your bandwidth is able to cater for the same useage as the radio it wouldn't work.
They are really cool though
