In a table I have it get a few values, but some of the values don't have spaces, so it doesn't new line when it should, how do I make it?

Eg I have a 400px area to have a table with some info, some of the info, doesn't include any spaces, therefore in a table, it cuts off the last option as it can't fit it in without spaces in its predecessors, for instance, my longest is http://www.example.com/x/x.php how do I make that so its like:

http://
www.e
xample.
com/x/
x.php

ie it acts like it has spaces, even though it doesn't.
