Hey!
To become a forum moderator, you need to know the rules inside out, plus, you have to be PM'd by DJ-3000 [if im not mistaken] for an interview. If you get accepted, your on a.. 2 week trial [I think!]. If you pass, you become one.
But hardly anyone gets a job, because they have great moderators already.
