Well I havnt designed a habbo layout since last year [6 months ago]
So i thought id have a go at making one. So here it is

Hey, well done, thats a VERY nice layout. Just remove the habbo heads from the nav and replace them with some icons, maybe a pointer? and space the nav out and it will look good

Better then the first, but your nav is not aligned right.
I mean the buttons are more to the right hand side of the big yellow box their in

I'm pretty sure that this has been discussed somewhere before on the Forum but if you're referring to the habbo and the speech bubble in the top left hand corner then technically he didn't "rip" anything...

Any alteration created based on the original works of Sulake are still copyrighted to Sulake despite the fact that you (or one of your staff) may have been the ones to do the modifying. Unfortunately that is the way the DMCA and all that work, therefore you can't really say that you own the image and he "stole/ripped" it from you.

Now I'm not saying that I don't agree with you that he should remove the habbo and speech bubble as it is very unprofessional to try and sell a layout with someone else's work on it (unchaged might I add).

Just some insight...
