Blue is for rares trading at their habbox value
Green is for rares trading above their habbox value.

Oil Lamp

0.5 - Seen 3 Times

I think 0.5 is the right price for Oil Lamps

1.0 - Seen 2 Time

Maybe a slight decrease in price in the near future...

2.0 - Seen 3 Times

Sold for over the habbox price - This is most probably because of the recent 'Ghost Train' competition, should go back to normal soon

1.0 - Good price for Red Pillows

Elf Green Dragon

1.0 - Seen 7 Times (5 sold at Turbohh's rare shop)
0.9 - Seen 1 Time

I think 1.0 is the right price for green dragons at the moment

I like the layout of your report. I have yet to see an oil lamp 0.5 but hey, i will look out for it. Hope you keep reporting, +rep if possible!
