she hacked into my account and stole all my furni, i keep asking her to give it back so she just turns her pc off and runs away i tell my dad but he doesnt listen what shall i do?

Get all of her passwords and steal all of her stuff then maybe make your passwords a little more secure so your sister can't get on them.
