Death Penalty - Beat to death by victims family.
Warning - Written warning.
Fines - Any amount chosen.

Murder / With evidence - Death Penalty.
Paedophillia - Genitals cut off - Prisoned for 12 years.
Rape - Genitals cut off - Prisoned for 5 years.
Shoplifting - Put items back - warning
Burglary - Fined for damages + compensation -Prisoned for 10 years.
Kidnapping - Prisoned for 20 years.
Assault - Tazered + 5 free punched from Victim.
Attempted Murder - Genitals Cut off + mauled by victims family - 10 yrs.
Armed Robbery - House ceased, cars ceased, Prisoned for 15 years.

Sure I would like to see them locked up depending on what they did but we wouldn't have room to house all these people.

I'd be a little more considerate than that. Except I'd have teenagers who kill people and shoot each other executed because they're hardly going to be a contribution to society and it's funny when they get sentenced and cry too. And murderers and stuff can be imprisoned for an indefinite length.
