Am I right in saying you lose everything, go back to level one and all you get is a new badge thing?

Therefore it's pretty pointless? Why do people do it?

Yea you lose everything but things that go on the leaderboards like your kills, deaths, wins etc.

Some people don't like being stuck at level 55, I don't like it I'd rather be able to keep leveling but I don't wanna lose all the guns just to get a new badge, it's not worth it

Yeah, and people do it for badges for a sence of achievement that they've got level 55 10 times :rolleyes:

The guns don't take long for the people to do. Once you prestige it gets quicker and quicker as your much more used to it. I wish I didn't prestige now
