I heard because people save worlds as there favourite there's more people on the servers than it can hold. Then it crashed and crashed some more of the worlds?
Also i heard,
They found glitches in each of the worlds and have closed them for maintenance.
I don't know if its true but tbh i don't believe it myself.

all the worlds are the same and are just on different servers - so there wouldn't just be a glitch on a few worlds.

83 glitched and you could still trade any amount, was fixed after about 3 minutes.
seems 11 and 83 are glitchy worlds.
