As ive said before - Get yourself a skin
Replacing the banner and post icons isn't a skin.. maybe edit the current ones colours in ACP?

Its crap.
Its not professional, the icons arn't transparent.
The banner isn't a masterpiece either.
You've advertised loads in the last 3-5 days.

You can improve by making the pictures/icons transparent and getting a new skin or make a customized one.
