Ferguson - might not have been there a long while but he's done wonders with them.
Paul Ince is a good amateur manager but he had the financial backing of the club so he had no real choice whether they did well or not

Teams in the Blue Square Premier and below are classed as not being in the football league so pub teams don't count.
Don't know many football league managers so i'm going with Stuart Mcall at Bradford City.
