It's a good effort for a first report.

The green is a little hard to read, maybe next time a darker green

Also I don't think thrones are up to 53 Hc's yet. You may have seen some trading at that price but I mainly see them trading at 50 - 51 Hc's i've only ever seen them trading for 52 Hc's one time. But everyone see's different values.

I've only ever seen the purple Parasols trade for 1 hc for 1.0, I think I've only ever once seen it trade for 0.75.

the red dragon I don't think has dropped to 1 Hc yet. I still see quite a few people trade for 1.5 Hc's.

The colar machine and Petal seem very accurate though.

I agree with Ugawa your report are set out all in the right way and effort has been put in with the amount of values posted but maybe try and sort out the accuracy of your values. If your seeing a piece of furni selling alot below it's habbox value or alot above its habbox value i wouldn't include it in your report as this is more then likely an anomoly.
Keep up the good work though if you get your values more accurate i hope to see you getting a trail.
