Default Get Smart : Scam Email !

What's the difference between fishing and phishing? With one you catch a nice dinner and with the other you can lose your Habbo.
Phishing emails dangle a bait; free credits, furniture or even the promise of joining a team such as the Habbo eXperts. In return the email will ask you to give your Habbo name and password; either by sending it in reply or by clicking a link and logging into a website which can often look just like Habbo. The free offers are a scam and as soon as you give your details the phisher has you hooked and can access your account.
Remember! Habbo staff will never ask you to send your password through email or instant message. Always double check the site you log into, even if it looks like Habbo it may be a fake. If your account is on Habbo.co.uk then make sure that the address at the top of your browser begins with www.habbo.co.uk and nothing else.

I'm surprised they've waited this long to post something like that. This sort of scam gets so many people on a daily basis!

    Thanks for that.

However, I'm well aware of phishing e-mails. But sadly, so many people fall for them...

Yeah, but like always.. Habbo can't care less? They just want to empty teenagers pockets :[
To say they should sue the sites that release phishing publicly.
