    Default Windows XP restart loop/boot.ini file/boot disk/everything help

    Right, basically.

    I was reformatting my computer, and the installation of XP got corrupted and now I get a Windows XP restart loop all the time: 'windows now restarting set up' or something, and then it crashes.

    I need to edit the boot.ini file i'm guessing, but I can't get into windows, obviously.

    Can I somehow get a Windows XP boot disk? And what will this allow me to do? Will I be able to access windows.

    Format the drive again then try to install Windows.
